Hotel & Resort Policies
Centennial Plaza Resort is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, vaping, e-cigarettes, cigars, incense, candles, and strong-smelling oils—is not permitted in any hotel rooms or indoor areas. Violators are subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $250 plus tax.
Marijuana is prohibited on-site, including in private vehicles, as it remains illegal in the state of Mississippi. Designated outdoor smoking areas with ashtrays are available for tobacco use only and may change without notice. Please notify the Front Desk if you detect any objectionable odors.
Candles, Incense, and Essential Oils
The use of candles, incense, diffusers, or strong-smelling oils is not allowed and will be treated as a violation of the smoking policy. Use of these items may result in cleaning fees or room closure charges due to lingering odors.
Cooking or use of any cooking appliances is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to hot plates, toaster ovens, burners, grills, and open flames. Fireworks and flammable materials are also not allowed on the property. A minimum fee of $250 plus tax will apply for violations. Guests may be asked to vacate the premises for safety violations.
We accept mail and packages for registered guests only. Pre-arrangements must be made with management. Centennial Plaza Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We do not accept hazardous materials or perishables.
